Let’s energetically and physically clear some of the stagnant energy in our sexual centers while utilizing self-pleasure as the main tool. In this class we start with some basic anatomy to learn the scientific names of our delicious bits. We’ll do mirror and meditation work to deeply connect with the vulva/yoni to clear any old\, negative beliefs connected to our sex organs. Then we move on to the amazing benefits of breast/chest massage and vulva massage. Participants will learn techniques and tips on how to connect to their body in deeply honoring and pleasurable ways. In this class\, you’ll build knowledge and skills that will help you talk about sexuality with the littles in your life with ease and confidence. We’ll go over what sexuality is (it’s a lot bigger than you might think!)\, why it’s so important to talk about it early and often\, how to clarify your values\, and exactly what kids need to know at what age. You’ll also learn a step-by-step process for answering even the toughest questions\, get tips for starting conversations\, and get a list of recommended resources for both kids and adults.
