Getting stuck in your head can become the invisible barrier that keeps you from being fully enraptured and in the moment. It doesn’t need to be that way! \n\n\n\nSex Ed QUICKIES is a new series of classes designed to get down to it in under an hour\, with a focus on instructors’ favorite specialized topics and sex-related skills. In this 45-minute QUICKIE\, Jessie Fresh will share some simple techniques to bring you back to the sexual ecstasy that’s possible for you.  \n\n\n\nJessie Fresh is a licensed Sex and Relationship Coach who helps women and couples create a deep\, intimate connection so they can experience the mind-blowing sexual pleasure they so deeply crave. Using a unique technique to help her clients understand their innate sexual nature\, she coaches them to experience intimacy and closeness where there are no limits on time\, space\, and love\, allowing them the freedom to savor the ecstasy and joy of their sexual being. With a little bit of information and know-how\, you can start introducing kink into your own play right now! \n\n\n\nEveryone likes a change of pace now and then\, and part of what’s sexy about kink is that it’s a way to communicate about and experiment with new things. Kink presents some wonderful tools for playing with vulnerability and enhancing intimacy and connection. \n\n\n\nNo idea where to start\, or what you’d even enjoy? No problem. Stella Harris will give an overview of common kinks and you’ll get a downloadable yes/no/maybe list to use as a starting point to think about what you’d like to try. We’ll also discuss safety\, consent\, and negotiation and you’ll leave with ideas about how to incorporate kink into your own sex life. \n\n\n\nStella Harris is a Certified Intimacy Educator and Sex Coach who uses a variety of tools to guide and empower her clients and she teaches everything from pleasure anatomy\, to communication skills\, to kink and BDSM. Does the phrase “I want this but I feel like I’m going to die” (from Clementine Morrigan’s zine Love Without Emergency) resonate with you? This is a class for the folks who really want to practice ethical non-monogamy\, but are struggling with the practical application of it. \n\n\n\nJealousy\, fear\, panic\, anxiety\, and past relationship traumas can sneak into our present-day relationships and make us feel like the world is crumbling. But there’s hope! Tuck Malloy\, a queer non-binary sex educator who has been practicing non-monogamy for the entirety of their adult life\, will guide you through practical tools\, resources\, and insights for strengthening communication\, calming the nervous system\, and cultivating a relationship that fits best for your unique situation\, in a compassionate\, open-hearted manner. \n\n\n\nThis class is founded on the principle that there is hope for those of us who struggle in non-monogamy\, even if the road ahead is rocky\, and purposefully pushes against narratives that some of us just aren’t good enough at non-monogamy to do it right.
