DESCRIPTION:This class will be held online via Zoom — you’ll receive an email with access information prior to the event. While classes are LIVE in nature and by default not recorded\, some educators have chosen to offer recordings of their classes to pre-registered attendees; please inquire for specifics of this event. Registration deadline: 2:30 p.m. PST on the day of class. No day-of cancellations. \n\n\n\nKink and BDSM are all the rage these days — maybe you’ve seen something that caught your attention but you don’t know where to start in real life. With a little bit of information and know-how\, you can start introducing kink into your own play right now! \n\n\n\nEveryone likes a change of pace now and then\, and part of what’s sexy about kink is that it’s a way to communicate about and experiment with new things. Kink presents some wonderful tools for playing with vulnerability and enhancing intimacy and connection. \n\n\n\nNo idea where to start\, or what you’d even enjoy? No problem. Stella Harris will give an overview of common kinks and you’ll get a downloadable yes/no/maybe list to use as a starting point to think about what you’d like to try. We’ll also discuss safety\, consent\, and negotiation and you’ll leave with ideas about how to incorporate kink into your own sex life. \n\n\n\nStella Harris is a Certified Intimacy Educator and Sex Coach who uses a variety of tools to guide and empower her clients and she teaches everything from pleasure anatomy\, to communication skills\, to kink and BDSM. As a speaker\, Stella has appeared at conferences across the US and Canada\, as well as at numerous universities and across various broadcast media. Stella is the author of two books\, Tongue Tied: Untangling Communication in Sex\, Kink\, and Relationships and The Ultimate Guide to Threesomes.
